2007 | ID FG stijl

This project has been a real challenge for Interna, both for the very tough international tender and for the extraordinary technical complexity of the implementation.
In only 7 months Interna engineered, produces and installed all the furnishings for the catering and entertainment areas of the building: bistro, international restaurant with coffee bar, sushi bar and service bar, balconies, vip restaurant club and board room.
This astonishing building, outcome of a futuristic architectural project and characterized by an impressive undulated glass and steel cover, 14 thousand meters supported by only 11 pillars, is one of the architectural symbols of the third millennium as well as the most noteworthy representative of the BMW brand.
Interna has given concrete shape to the work of the Anglo-Dutch interior design studio FG stijl that created the furnishings with a mix of steel, glass and integrated lights, perfectly cohesive with architecture of the building.
The board rooms located on the third-floor present walls with leather or stone cladding and items upholstered with precious velvets. The technological challenge here has been the creation of a media wall with a built-in system of video projections completely encased in the stone. Numerous items have also been selected from Interna collections and customized ad hoc for all areas.
