Interna UK successfully completed the whole renovation and refurbishment of the three levels - underground, basement, and mezzanine - of an apartment within Cheyne House, a refined listed building in central London, successfully navigating and resolving the operational complexities inherent in a project of this scale. Acting as principal contractor and overseeing all aspects of this fit-out project, Interna UK involvement has been all encompassing, from site preparation to production and installation of the complete bespoke joinery and millwork package, along with the entire loose package, with exquisite materials such as stunning marbles, mahogany timber finishes, custom made fabrics and brass carefully shaped into unique items. This complex and intriguing project also included the careful restoration of historic timber flooring, windows, and decorative plasterwork protected under UK listed building rules, requiring particular attention to the specific heritage preservation standards.
