PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING

Personal data (including specific categories of data and personal data relating to criminal convictions) contained in the resume and in other documents that you might have sent us will be processed (with or without the aid of electronic tools) for the purposes related to the recruiting and selection of personnel.

LEGAL BASIS OF THE DATA PROCESSING

This statement is issued following the receipt of personal data and a resume transmitted by the interested party for the purposes of the possible establishment of an employment relationship.

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Only personnel authorized to process the data and individuals who process the data on behalf of the Controller and who have been appointed as Data Processors will be able to access your personal data. These individuals are bound to secrecy and confidentiality also due to specific internal regulations. The data will not be transmitted to third parties, nor will they be disseminated.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

The data sent will not be transferred to third countries.

DATA STORAGE CRITERIA

With regard to the storage of the data processed as described above, given that, based on the principles of necessity, relevance and non-excess,  the storage times of the different types of personal data possibly processed must be identified taking into account each of the purposes specifically pursued, we inform you that the personal data will be stored for three years from the date of receipt. Once this period is over, they will be destroyed or deleted.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The Controller notifies that you, as an interested party, have the right to request:

  • access to personal data and information (Article 15 of the GDPR);
  • the modification or cancellation of the data (Articles 16 and 17 of the GDPR);
  • the limitation of the processing of your personal data (Article 18 of the GDPR).


Furthermore, you may:

  • object to the processing of the personal data under the conditions and within the limits set out in Article 21 of the GDPR;
  • exercise the right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR).

With regard to processing procedures based on consent (pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), and Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) of the GDPR), you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time (without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal).

Finally, we remind you that, as the interested party, if you believe that the processing concerning your data violates the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a controlling authority (Guarantor for the protection of personal data or other competent authorities) pursuant to Article 77 and following of the GDPR.
