The Project Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager, coordinates the various company departments to guarantee the successful outcome of the project and works to complete the implementation of the contract furnishing project within the deadlines, the quality standards and the budget contractually agreed upon.
The role entails the independent management of contractual relations with clients, coordination and management of the team required for the implementation of the project both on site and at the headquarters, constant and continuous monitoring of all the implementation phases of the project – from drawing to production, from logistics to installation and final testing -, continuous monitoring of the work progress and respect of budgets (both for purchasing and sales), ability to make quick decision and act promptly.
